Our 2015 fun day was blessed with fair weather which was under threat early in the day. The railway rides were as popular as ever and everyone enjoyed them. Parents had just as much fun as did our local PCSO who appeared to have more than one ride on the train. 

We had lots of fun with unlimited steam train rides, sand and water play, kite making, and games like hook a duck etc. We were also fortunate to have Claire and Clive from The Coffee Cruiser joining us, providing coffee during the day for our visitors and guests.

The other activities consisted of water play, play dough, kite making, gluing and sticking, drawing and soft play items. We also had a raffle, a draw and a tombola which were organised by the two Ann’s. All the money raised was donated to the charity to cover the costs of running the event. 

A big THANK YOU to all the volunteers who enjoyed the day as much as the mums, dads and carers and of course the children, the under 5’s. Thank you all for coming and making our day a special one. We hope to see you all again next year!

Everyone worked well together and the event was felt to be a big success.
